Contract expired now month to month WITHOUT MY PERMISSION being conned and ****** please help!

Why do they continue with a contract that expired WITHOUT INFORMING ME OF IT OR THE COST INVOLVED WITH THIS OR GETTING MY PERMISSION FOR IT? Funny how many people I talk to at who all have been ****med by Cell-C in this way. I wonder about the legality of this seeing that the Consumer Protection Act seems to forbid this practice? I want to cancel my contract! I want to be shot of the **** called Cell-C! The contract expired so its over - finish and klaar. I tried speaking to an agent of the in their retentions dept, he could barely speak English and refused to transfer my call to a supervisor AND purposely spoke too fast for me to get his name properly - so what I got is Boid Mhlan something something. Now I know why Cell-C is in the financial trouble it is in.
