Contract expired deducting bigger amount

Good day,<br> <br> Please refund us the 2 payments of R349 that was deducted from our bank account. We had a contract for tablet for R99pm and it expired end of March. Now you are deducting what you like. Please contact me urgently otherwise i have to take this further.
