Contract Expired but money still being debitted
<p>I had a contract with Cell C that was expired o 1st of August, according to the contract my last payment was due on 23rd July but o 23rd August they deduct the money for the 25th time hence i have signed a 24 months contract. now they have handed me to the lawyers because i have reversed the money and blocked the debit order. i did not sign a 25 months contract but a 24 months contract.They have blocked the sim card and still want my money. I am not paying and i will never use Cell C or recommend it to any one.</p>

In line with the terms and conditions of the contract that you have agreed to, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.
If this Agreement is not cancelled during the Contract Period or on expiry of the Contract Period and is not renewed, then this Agreement will run for
the Contract Period and then on a month-to-month basis until the Agreement
is cancelled.
