Contract expired and they refusing to cancelling it for the sevond time

Quick to tie you on a contract and very hard to cancel a contract once it expir3s this my second time struggling with them on this matter on top of it i am affected my covid pay cuts wow this company just want to see us poor, please cancel the the contract
