Contract expired and cancelled contract

my contract expired and I was told to come a month before the expiry. I went and was advised by Amanda that she cancelled my contract as I didn't want to upgrade. I had two contract only for her to cancel one. they deducted another premium and a another and another. I called again and spoke to an Indian lady and she said she will check and call me back I'm still waiting for her call a month or two later.

from January or February I have not used that sim cards. the time I went to tell them that my sim cannot call and was advised that I had to pay extra money.

refund the extra premiums after contract was cancelled.
