Contract ending
Good day
My cell c contract ended in June, I cancelled on the 3rd June with 30 day notice so it ended on 3 July. I was billed the full amount although i could only use it for 3 days in July. now i got a disconnection fee that needs to be paid end August which i don't understand as my contract has ended. Im still awaiting feedback from CellC.

We sincerely hope that you would reconsider your decision to cancel and consider future deals to further enjoy Cell C benefits.Your contract will be cancelled on the 03/07/2020 as we require thirty days? notice and that is the end date of your contract. The last bill will be in July 2020Also note that the unused benefits will be forfeited however, you can contact us to change the date to allow yourself time to use the benefits as you will get full benefits for the month and be billed for in full.Kind regards Retentions Department 084143 opt
