Contract duplication
<p>I app**** for 2 data contracts. Cell C duplicated the contract and made it 4. I only have 2 routers which the other 2 was not received. One of the 4 contracts was cancelled and I've been struggling to cancel the other one also which I do not have. I need Cell C to cancel all the data contracts and take back their routers. It is being going on since August when the contracts was taken out. I am not willing to go on like this for 2 years if they still billing me for something I do not have.</p> <p>Please do not let a helpdesk person call as it seems that they are not compitent to handle complaints.</p>

14 Oct 2016, 12:13Thank you for assisting with the problem. I am still unsittisfied with the service. I was told that the money thwt was taken out of my account will be refunded. Still not done.
I would like to cancel both 2gig data contracts that I have. I am not willing that cell c debit my account and nothing gets done.
The feedback Skhumbuzo gave was very fast but nothing after that was done.
