Contract documents

I went to open up a new cell c contract in November 2014 with Cell C at the Workshop Centre in Durban. They made me sign a lot of documents but did not give me copies of what I was signing. When I asked for copies the guy who assisted me to open the contract said copies were going to be e-mailed to me but I did not get them. Now I have gone back to this shop to request copies of all the docs I signed and they have told me I cannot have these documents because they don't keep them in the shop. I asked that these documents be e-mailed to me I was told not doable, said the manager who was at the back office. I asked the lady who attended to me to call the manager to come and explain why I can't have my documents the manager again sent a message and did not bother coming to explain to me, the lady said manager suggested calling what they called Retentions dept. who I said they must call. The lady then told me that if I need to have these documents I need to go to the police station and get a letter that authorizes me to have these documents - how on earth must I get the cops to write me a letter ti gain access to my details?<br> <br> I need these documents please.
