Contract Dispute - Month to Month

I've been waiting for a call from Cell C management concerning my concerns with my contract that i raised with the call center agent. I phoned in on the 21/09/2022 and the call center agent told me that they'll log a call and i should expect a call within 10 days. Till to date i have not received any communication form Cell C.
