Contract dispute
The consultants at cell c don't do their jobs well they don't communicate with clients and resolve issues or hand them over correctly to their supervisors. They just rum after sales and ont care what happens to the client at all I'm very disappointed with the service I got.

19 Nov 2021, 16:50i had a contract with you guys for 2years without missing a payment then last year November i lost my phone and called in to get a new contract but the consultant told me i was black listed and i wont get a phone then i had to go to another network , after i got the phone i called to cancel the contract because it was coming to the end i wouldn't be able to pay two contracts at a time, the consultant who helped me asked if i could find someone to take over the contract first before cancellation - i said i would try , failing to explain that if i cant find anyone before month end the contract will go back to the original price without the discount and i will also wait the another second month before termination. the first debit went trough with the full amount i called in and the team leader said they will investigate and come back to me but nothing happened and i got a call form lawyers saying I'm handed over, so i don't understand how that's possible since i'm still waiting.
