CONTRACT DISPUTE

Hi,I app**** for a contract for the Huawei nova11i which was due for delivery on the 12th of September 2023. I made follow up call on the 13th and told the application was rejected. On the 19th September I received 4GB data stating I have contract with cellc till 2025, I never app**** for a simcard. Worse this data has been loaded on my prepaid number. I want to cancel this contract now they keep escalating my case while the data is in use cause its my primary contact number I cant switch off my data. Please assist to fasttrack this matter👏
