Contract device cancellation

I'm so angry right now. It's been 2weeks now since I app**** for a new contract device with Cell C (Received on 31/01/2022). I called in 3 days after I received my device for it to be picked up. Today I called the courier company to find out when they are getting the device and I was told that my request was canceled by Cell C on the 8th. Mind you I have been calling in and complaining about this device that still makes me more angry even today. Can they just come collect this device as it doesn't serve me any purpose because I can't even do my work, even worse they gave me someone else's number and I keep getting other people's calls. It's so inconvenient for me. I hate this. I went in store and they couldn't find my contract even. What am I supposed to do with this device?
