Contract deals not the same as what I was told in store

My name is Lydia Malete and I am so disappointed at how CELL C is conducting it's business (but what's new right!) In March 2021 I upgraded my cellphone contract with them (I know, I need psych-evaluation) the consultant at the store in Sandton City told me about the deal being R649,00 but when I check the contract that was sent to my email it states R899.00 I am shocked to say the least. When I asked for the signed copy of my contract the call centre agent told me I need to go in store to retrieve it (not surprised really, re buwa ka CELL C moo!)
