Contract closed but displaying me as someone not making payments. Cell C is so unfair, very quick to let the credit bureaus know that you have opened an account but no action they to update that you have paid. Disappointing

I have paid my contract for over a year now but have not received a paid up letter and they have not notified the credit bureaus that I have closed the account instead Cell C is showing the credit bureaus that I am in arrears....
