CONTRACT CHANGED WITHOUT CONSENT & NO FEEDBACK

On 21st October it was brought to my attention that I am unable to make out going calls. A message comes through to say that I need to increase the limit on my account. ( I have never had a limit on my account.) I then called the call centre to query this - after 1 hour, 3 different consultants and listening to the same message countless times - I was told that my contract has been upgraded - they cannot tell me who actioned this but they will look into it. Mobile then told me that she was escalating this issue to her team leader and that they would be in touch with me.<br> <br> I have heard nothing since.
