Contract cancelled without being requested
My data contract was terminated and the line disconnected this despite the account being in credit, and with no instructions or request from me to cancel. I have made six attempts to get answers, and all I get are automated replies with case numbers ***, ***, ***, ***, & ***), plus a request for my contact details, which was provided on every email that I sent to Cell C.

All I want to know who requested / authorised the cancellation of my data contract, where was the verification process, along with the zero contact and lastly, what happened to the account credit balance? We also phoned you on the 27th of May 2020 on *** and you authorised the cancellation.
The account is in credit with an amount of R-1,361.30.

Thank you for the reply. However your reply related to ***, a line used by Ms Moloi, and she wanted to convert to prepaid from memory, as she had a company cellphone. That conversation in May had nothing to do with my data line (*** - ***). Please advise further, thank you.

09 Jan 2021, 11:50Dear Cell C, despite your phone call to me at 11hr35 on 6th January, together with my email reminder yesterday, you have still not placed in writing your telephonic confirmation with me that my data line was in fact disconnected without my request or approval, and that you still have over R1,300 credit that was linked to my data line, or how Cell C plans to rectify the issue that was created by actions not requested by me? When will you respond and resolve? Thank you.
