Contract Cancelled, still being charged a year later!!!!

<p>I cancelled my cell C contract in April 2015, after getting the final cancellation amount from the call centre agent, and paying the requested amount, they told me the cancellation would be processed. I removed the card and threw it away, as we had no signal in the place we lived. On 1st February this year i realised that i was still being debited, and called the call centre only to be told that the cancellation was not processed, I sent the payment through again to the cancellations and to the agent Nomvula Tshabala, I have to this date received no response, and am still being debited!!!! I would like my contract cancelled immediately and to be refunded for those months where they can clearly see the sim was not active after thinking my contract was cancelled as they promised.</p>
