contract cancelled cellc never stopped billing us

I had 2 calls made to me 1 from Kamal and the other from Marvin, in both cases I was told that they investigating my query and never get back to me yet.<br> <br> This is ridiculous that I am waiting 2 weeks for a resolution and cell c still insist we must pay for something we cancelled and don't have.<br> <br> They don't even have proof that we cancelled this contract, I even asked them to pull the phones calls I made to the call center cause as they state calls are recorded.<br> <br> This is becoming a night mare, I have requested legal advise at a fee that I will direct to cell c to pay.<br> <br>
