Contract cancelled but Cell C still charging

Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Cell C!!!<br> <br> My issue is that I wanted to cancel my contract with Cell C as there was just a few months remaining on my contract and was not really benefiting from any service provided, so I contacted Cell C to provide me with A FINAL SETTLEMENT FIGURE (MEANING THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE AFTERWARDS) which was given to me. To ensure this was the final amount i Had spoken to two different Cell C agents which confirmed that it was the Final amount payable and will not need to pay any further amounts after this payment is made. <br> <br> So I immediately went and deposited +/- R1300 (as stipulated by CELL C) into Cell C's bank account. After this was done I was made aware that the contract was cancelled. However MORE than a month later Cell C has tried to Debit my account for more then what my premium was initially. I contacted the Cell C call centre and queried this matter and they stated that I now have an outstanding monthly instalment due and insisting that I pay it.<br> <br> Cell C I am not going to pay this amount, Please resolve this silly matter as I am not willing to speak to your *********** staff any more. Madness !!!!
