Contract Cancelled But Billed

After 3 weeks of struggle to have a faulty phone collected by Cell C and after cancelling the contract, my bank account was debited.<br> <br> phone delivered 6 Nov 2015<br> fault reported 9 Nov 2015<br> collected 26 Nov 2015<br> Contract cancelled 11 Dec 2016<br> Account debited 31 Dec 2015<br> 04 Jan 2016 I phoned the accounts dep and I was informed that I will be refunded within 7 working days. on 13 Jan I phoned again and I was informed that the phone needs to be checked before my refund is processed (so the phone hasn't been checked since 26 Nov 2015?). cell c is giving me the run around. <br> PAY BACK MY MONEY CELL C.<br> <br> Cell C has poor service overall.
