Contract Cancelled and never stopped billing us

i logged the 1st complaint last yr in Nov i received 2 calls made to me from Kamal and the other from Marvin, in both cases I was told that they investigating my query and never get back to me yet.<br> This is ridiculous that I am waiting over 5 months for a resolution and cell c still insist we must pay for something we cancelled and don't have.They don't even have proof that we cancelled this contract, I even asked them to pull the phones calls I made to the call center cause as they state calls are recorded.<br> This is becoming a night mare, I have requested legal advise at a fee that I will direct to cell c to pay. they still calling us to pay the account imagine that.
