contract cancelled and gave number to other person
<p>after paying my arreas i was hopping im goona use my 3 months airtime and data, only to find out the contract has been cancelled without my request, then i accepted their decision, only a month after that i receive invoice for cancellation fee, which was high amount and it was from debts collector 2016 february since even now i want the explanition but i can't get help from cell c, i am not even sure wether it is a **** or real. because cell c costomer care doesn't have my infor about that contract anymore.</p>

I think the credit regulator must intervene on Cell C contract policy and their terms, how can I pay for the phone the amount of contract, why if they decide to cancel my contract not also come and collect their device, if I wanted to buy a phone with R3500 I was gonna buy a better phone than what they gave me, if I have to pay the remaining of device it must be depreciate and from original cost.
