Contract cancellation of 4years back

Good morning. I am setting this looking for help, I have contacted cell c and send several emails to them and provided them with proof of payments but the took the matter to Shapiro shake attorneys and I have also provided them with proof that I don't owe cell c and I have requested several times that the cancelled my contract. Cell c is still trying to debit my account after 4 years and this resulted in affecting my credit report. My name is Jonathane Jony Thulo I'd number ***. I need cell c to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I can't buy myself a car because I'm now a bad payer because of cell c. If this won't be solved I will have to take legal action.
