Contract cancellation not actioned

I called Cell C end May to cancel one of my contracts to date nothing has been actioned. I called 2 weeks ago and they said they will investigate Reference Number: ********** ********** 40 and get back to me within 3 days and still nothing was done.

This is unfair and bad service to make a customer pay when they have cancelled, i want this cancellation to happen effective now without being charged, because it seems that they want us to pay for services we have cancelled.
