Contract cancellation not accepted but given in advance.

I have a 24 month contract which I pay every month on time. I want to cancel it as in December it expires. I want to cancel it now for November as was told 30 days to avoid any unwanted debit orders going off after December. I know cell phone companies are notorious for this. You will end up debiting for other things if I don't act. Why can't I say cancel it now ? Why can't you setuo that it then gets cancelled in November for December last payment? This is more than a months notice ? I'm literally giving two. I don't want to be kept called by marketers as well because they will keep calling knowing my contract will expire

I don't like your answer. Whether I have 5 months and want to cancel when the contract expires you should be able to do so. Your hope is that I forgot and cause another debit order to go off. Or give your telemarketers a reason to call me. Why can't I send it you 2 months before or 3 or 4 or 5 in advance ?
I will never make use of cell c again. Why can't you even make a promise to phone me on the day 30s to cancel it ? Or will you use that to sell me more products?

More work for me, but I will email.
All I want was for after my contract expires not to pay a single debit order of any kind after and give notice in advance...
I don't want to play cancellation fees I just want to ride out the contract till it is done and not pay anything after no month to month nothing

We understand your concerns. Kindly note that for a normal cancellation, the customer is required to serve 30 days notice. Please revert to us 30 days before the contract expiry date (30/11/2023) so that we can process your cancellation.

So basically what I asked (Setup my cancellation at the right time a month or two from now), you cant do for whatever reason ? So you are saying I cant give more than 30 days notice ?
If so then say it like that.
