Contract cancellation issue and bad network servic

Firstly i would like to complain about Cell C Network, the network is so bad that i barely ever have reception, i pay them monthly and pay quiete a bit of money yet i can barely use their services because i barely have network, this is a huge issue because when i need to make calls during emergencies or make important calls i am unable to because i never have network reception.<br> <br> Secondly Cell C is trying to force me to pay an extra month on my Cellphone contract even though my contract is a 24months contract and i have paid for the 24months, they claim that i must pay an extra month in order to cancel the contract yet i have clearly signed i only want a contract with them for 24months. They say its part of the terms and conditions of the contract, i forwarded them the contract i have signed and there is no such term and condition on the contract given to me when i purchased the cellphone at Game store, and yet they still want to charge me. i have informed them of my CPA rights and they are still planning on infringing my rights as a customer.
