Contract cancellation is delayed !!!!!
Helo Peter. I have been trying to cancel my contract with Cell C with no luck. My 2 year contract has ended and wanted to cancel. I received statements and to my surprise the subscription is way more than what my contract was.. I am very disappointed at their prices and i can’t seem to get anyone from their departments to help.

I recently cancelled my contract with Cell C. It had ended and i cancelled. So i paid for August data and i left for home on the 5th i still had 20GB data. I got back month end of August and made cancellation with Cell C. To my surprise the data i had is not there and i paid for it.
I can not explain the level of incompetence from Cell C. Why would they take data i paid for and have not used for the period of August? I mean i PAID for it so why is it taken from me??
I can gladly say i did good my cancelling because wow this is not the type of service i would want anyone to experience!!!
Do Not take a contract with Cell C you will regret!
