Contract Cancellation

On the 4th of February 2022 I called CellC to terminate my contract which was ending on the 4th of March 2022. The consultant who assisted me told me that I have to pay R590.00 then the account will be closed after their last debit order (27 February 2022)

I was not aware that they’ve been giving me the contract package ( March and April 2022) because I am a person who buys data and airtime, I hardly run out like now.

Today I called the to make a payment plan and close the account they say it’s impossible and I don’t have money. I won’t have money anytime soon.

This is the first time not paying them since 2012/2013.
