Contract cancellation
Am still getting billing statement from Cell C. When will this nightmare end

04 Nov 2025, 21:06Phoning the Mfk branch was just to find out if i took the Router which i was told was collected. Bit i also indicated that i then decised to use another service provider and cancelled Cell C. I also requested that you check wether i ever used data from your network because i kno i never did. I cannot pay for data that i am not using.
How can the case be closed if the contract has not been cancellwd as per my request. If younwany money for the router then that should be what my bill says. Not that i should pay for data usage
