Contract cancellation denied

Since beginning of January I've asked for my contract to be cancelled and no. Converted to prepaid. Cases logged but my acc is still active. I've been told by agents that the acc will be cancelled but nothing until today. I'm expected to pay for something I dont want anymore and no one has even the slightest interest to call me back or even sort out the issue. Never been so disappointed and angry.
