Contract cancellation-Debit order
Logging a complaint about cell c contract cancellation and why they debit a full amount even after you cancelled is a nightmare.
You get a call from 2-3 different people all telling you different stories.
I’m enough Cell c. Your people shouldn’t even bother calling me again please you waste too much of my time.

Yesterday you were contacted by one of our team members regarding the review you logged on Monday.
You were advised that the amount debited is correct as the contract was only cancelled on the 07/02/2019. A disconnection credit will be prepared for this month’s invoice and will reflect in your Cell C account.
