Contract cancellation

To cancel a contract with cellc is a nightmare they have ******* services !!! I am so angry and frustrated I have been calling since October2020 to cancel my contract with them that should have ended September 2020 i called in varius times on my own expenses i was told theres a 30day waiting period where by i waited money was deducted in October 2020 and i was told November 2020 my contract would be finished and no more debit orders will follow and yet in November 2020 ,December 2020 January 2021 February 20201 and march a double deduction I ŕeversed the payments and also note i did not receive or used any of the data they billed me for!! This was ********** and unbelievable that i had to pay for data i never had and where i cancelled the contract they still took my money I received a cancellation sms in February 2021 and yet they still deducting i called in the service was ****! One consultant (Lerato)adviced me to pay all the reversed amounts which i did and she said i will receive an immediate cancellation just to find out they are billing me for another month after that payment i made . I called again they said its not possible to speak to a manager i mean what *** is that telling a customer that, i said i will reverse my payment she literally begged me please dont ,i have evidence that i paid the required amount and yet they cant cancell and my contract expired in September 2020 i did my part as a customer to call in and cancel it buy its not my job to do cellc's consultant work i really need help this people they are messing with my credit record i cannot deal with this **** anymore does cellc think i have money to waste especially in this pandemic of covid 19? The service of cellc is so poor i dont think they deserve to keep the doors open as you can open a contract in stoor please tell my why we have to call to cancel it? Its do they can hide behind phonecalls and take unauthorized money !! I cannot believe i am struggling since October 2020 till march -1april2021 to cancel a damn contract that expired in September 2020 what **** service!! is there anybody that can advice me what to do??I am fed up with cellc.
