CONTRACT CANCELLATION AVOIDANCE
My only regret is that I can't give them a lower rating! I have been calling 084 143 for eons to cancel my contract and have been on hold plenty of times with no luck. I have requested numerous callbacks but nothing. I went to the store and they keep telling me to call the number in order to cancel - how ridiculous is that? Never in my life have I opened an account at a store and told I couldn't cancel it at the same store?!
Not sure what Cell C's intentions are but its highly unacceptable for a company of this size to operate like this!
