Contract Cancellation

<p>Last week I phoned again to cancel my contract. I was told that I can buy my contract out like I asked. I was told by the call center agent that the outstanding amount to cancel is R234. I paid the money and phoned again today to cancel my contract. I was informed by the agent that the R234 is only for the handset???? There will be a normal payment of R259 at month end. So why the hell must I pay to settle the handset and the contract? Then I could have waited another month for the last debit order to go through!!?? You Cell C are ******* and ripping people off. You lie to the public. I wish I also had the money to make a sign and put it up and tell the world how ******* you are. I want this contract cancelled and I want my R234 back that I paid immediatly! With this R234 paid its more than the amount that reflect on my statement. You are a useless network with poor service and terrible network coverage! I hate Cell C and will forever badmouth you. I will discourage people from this network till I die! Cell C for yourself what a terrible network this is!!! CELL C HERE TO RIP YOU OFF WITH TERRIBLE NETWORK AND HIDDEN COSTS</p>
