Contract cancellation

Good morning

I am a very unhappy customer so this is my situation I requested to be called back to apply for a contract phone and the next day I received a call from a gentleman named Romano the application for the device went through but after speaking to him I decided that I don't want the device anymore I called cell c back to cancel after dropping the phone Romano called me back and said he received an email that I've cancelled I said yes because I can't decide what I want I then told him to call me back the next day then I'll then decide if I want to re apply .This morning I received an sms saying the cell c package will be delivered today so I called cell c and I think I've spoken to more than 10 people without any assistance and I'm being transferred back and forth I don't know what to do anymore because the device is out for delivery and as I'm writing this review I'm still on the phone with cell c being transferred to the contract department.
