Contract cancellation.

I took a contract in 07/07/2019 and the contract expires 07/07/2021 i tried calling several times on the customer care line and the ask endless questions before transferring me to retention in order to cancel my account. Each and everytime i try telling to cancel my contract they act as if they cant hear me. Pathetic service. I simple want to cancel my contract and debit order instruction because i dont want it to go off for a phone that i already finished paying for. When i explained that to the consultant instead of assisting me she tried to sell another product which is not what i want. The service is very poor. Its very easy for them to give a contract but cancelling it its very hard. Servise is very bad
