contract cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my cell c contracta for the paat 2-3 months now. The first time i phoned them i was told the contract expire at the end of april nothing happened. The second time i phoned them they told me the contract expire at the end of may so i told them to take my call as notice of cancellation for the end of may. Today i phone again as the contract have still not been cancelled and i get told they will take this as my notice and my last payment will be at the end of june. I find this completely rediculous as i had given my notice on both contract and the *********** accounts department never put my notice in. For who ever at cell c reads this (of anyone does) i will not be paying you anything at the end of june!!!! Tomorrow the debit orders will be cancelled!
