Contract Cancellation

First of all I must say hiw utterly disgust I am on the way Celk C treat their customers. I had numerous occasions where I would have almost no reception during the day and drooped calls everytime. I have then decided that enough is enough and decided to cancel my contract. I paid the settlemet amount and sent to through to the relevant department. Its been 4 days now and my contract has not been cancelled. I was told that an immediate cancellation takes 24-48 hrs. The person who assited me at the retentions department name is Kriyaan, who is a team leader. I phoned in n Saturday, the 23rd of Dec. AND WAS ADVISED THAT NO CANCELLATION HAS BEEN SET AND I HAVE TO PHONE BACK AGAIN THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. This is unexceptible.

Cell C...you guys disappointed my as a loyal customer of almost 6 years.
