CONTRACT CANCELATIONS

I called cell c 4 times and with no help . When one wants to cancel their contracts its hard to get helped but when you want to upgrade you get helped quickly . I have two contracts with cell c , the wifi contract ***) and cell phone . The wifi due for upgrade and have been called 3 times t upgrading and have indicated that am closing the wifi because i have no use of it anymore was told to call around the 8th this month but still n help . i was given 084143 number to call but it does not go through. its really frustrating i want to cancel my contract and no one helping
