Contract cancelation that was not done even after commitment fee was paid in full on 4 October 2022,but diebit order kept on deducting

I would like to thank Ofentshe Khumalo for taking upon herself the responsibility of liason between myself and Cell C store at Promenade Mall, the contract is not yet canceled but at least she is updating me of what is going on, something that the store failed to do.
