Contract cancelation nightmare

I canceled Cell c contract on the 06 August 2020,and they cut my service on 6th of September.and now they debited me full amount. It's like I'm paying cell c for service I didn't receive. I had about 30Gb on my account and they decided to just cut it. And why cut it if I'm still going to pay for it in full?
