Contract Cancelation Nightmare

The incompetency at Cell C is by design. I have been trying to cancel my contract for days. They transfer me to cancelation and I end up in the customer care again for another verification. To this date a contact that ended on the 10th of September is still not cancelled and I am the one left with the bill. Their level of disrespect for the clients is explicit in their actions. I tried the 084 143 number that goes nowhere but customer care, I don't know what to do anymore.
