Contract cancelation issue

Cell c is still making my life so difficult, and it was not my fault that their consultants were not doing their job, the consultant referred me to the company manager who promised to gather all the recordings of my conversations with their consultants and get back to me within 48 hours since at the beginning of September, even today im still waiting for her to call me.the only thing I get is messages from their lawyers while she promised that she will let her seniors to know that I dont want to be engaging with their lawyers because this whole thing is not my fault.

Can someone please intervene in this and get into the bottom of this? Im so angry at myself, why did I take phone from Cell C, I would never in my life recommend Cell c to either one of my friends or family member, or any other people, cause wow! I have records where I was commenting with their staff asking them to cancel my contract because I have finished paying for it, but they were dragging their feet until we are where we are today. Both of their consultants and magers are ****mers, they come here on Hello Peter pretending they are helping knowing so well they are ****mers. Im so ****ed off by this network provider, they are not who they said they are 😪🥵
