Contract cancelation
I have been trying to close my account with cell c since March but to this day they are still debiting my account. Last month they sent me a statement to settle my account, which I did and sent through proof of payment, today I get a call from SSD saying my account was handed over in September. Like what nonsense is this??? Who am I owing here exactly? I even went to the cell c stores and they told me I did not owe them anymore

I can't stress about this any further, I want my name to be cleared. I don't want to be getting any calls from SSD or Shabbir Shaik telling me about my account being handed over. You need to fix this!
