Contract Cancelation

About a few weeks ago a wrote a review about Cell C and they finally contacted my husband after months of struggling to get assistance. My husband was contacted by a lady named Danielle Abrahams who is the social media consultant of Cell C, she promised that she will look into the matter and that it will be resolved within 7 working days and that she will contact him,it's 3weeks later we still waiting and guess what we tried to contact her via email and telephonically but the phone went straight to voicemail. Cell C can't keep up to their promises
