Contract Cancelation.

I have been calling cellc from January trying to cancel the contract as my 24 months is over to no vain.I have references ***, ***, ***, *** and ***. The contract is still not canceled as per request. Today I have been trying to call them I keep getting transferred to the wrong department and when they finally transferred me to cancelation I was told I failed security check which I have been doing everyday when I call because they running away from canceling. I will go to my bank and block cellc from taking my money. Their agents are just as useless how do you transfer a person to a wrong department 8 times.
