Contract Cancelation

Good Day I am still very disappointed with Cell C, I want to cancel my contract before they debit next week and every time, I am being put through the cancelation department I get an automated message that tells me that the department is experiencing technical issues. The number in question is *** and this number has not been in use for months now.
