Contract cancelation

I'm very angry because cell c staff who can make one look like a fool. I called 3 times speaking to 3 different consultants who did the same thing of taking personal info Mpho,Refilwe and Thulo but no help and yet I'm still asked to rate the call.

I canceled my contract but somehow there has been deductions to an active sim that is not even in use. I want my money back and take back your bundles cuz I took time to cancel my contract with one of your consultant but today I'm told it's active and it's still a struggle to get it canceled cuz they keep saying they are transferring me the the call is ended.

Cell c must owe up and be like other network providers who attend to customer queries.
