Contract cancelation

I first heard a challenge of upgrading and then I decided on canceling the contract, they told me this would be done however the debit order is still going off from my account but the sim card is not working anymore so what kind of **** is this. Can someone just cancel this contract already, I m not in a business of losing money honestly.
