Contract cancelation

Good day Cell c can they go clear my name on credit score as they promised because their false accusations are ruining my credit record. I have spoken to one of their consultants whose name is Jony Hlope, he promised that he will help me, he promised that after everything he will ask those working in the credit record department to clear my name but my name is still reflecting as someone who didn't pay the account, I paid Cell C until the last month of the contract but their consultants made me look like a bad payer and that end up costed me to spend a lot of money trying to prove my innocence. Please can someone help me with this, my credit record is damaged because of Cell C and the sad part about this is that I paid their contract the whole 24 months. Please help me.
